Accepted and registered papers can be published in International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM, which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library, and indexed by Ei Compendex and submitted to be reviewed by Scopus and Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science) or International Journal of Bioscience, Biochemistry and Bioinformatics (IJBBB, ISSN: 2010-3638). 2. Prof. David Zhang from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, Prof. Kar-Ann Toh from Yonsei University, South Korea, Prof. Yasushi Yagi from OSAKA University, Japan, Assoc. Prof. Kuo-Yuan Hwa from National Taipei University of Technology, Taiwan, and Assoc. Prof. Andrew Teoh from College of Engineering, Yonsei University, South Korea have joined as speakers. 3. One Day Visit will be arranged on November 14, 2017.
