We have invited the ourstanding professor Prof. Ngai Weng Chan from School of Humanities, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia and Assoc. Prof. Choong Kok Keong from School of Civil Engineering, Engineering Campus, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia to join our conference. 3. The ICFEE 2017 was successfully held in Pattaya, Thailand.
