Famous professors as Keynote Speakers: Prof. Low Sui Pheng, National University of Singapore, Singapore; Prof. Zongjin Li, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong; Prof. Jin-Keun Kim, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, South Korea. 2. Index EI Compendex, Scopus. 3. Academic Visit There will be an academic visit in Nha Trang, Vietnam on February 25, 2018.
