MILCOM 2009 is soliciting both unclassified and classified papers (up to DoD Secret) relevant to communications and information processing system technologies and capabilities. Industry, academic, and government organizations from both the U.S. and countries around the globe are invited and encouraged to participate in the Unclassified Technical Program. The Classified Program is limited to U.S. Citizens who possess a current Secret personnel security clearance.
