CALL FOR PAPERS

[Scope]

In wireless communication networks, antenna, which is used for radio signal transmission and receiving, is performing as one of the key components. With increasing demands of mobile users, the higher data rate and seamless coverage are expected. Therefore, the antenna technique draws more and more attentions, because it determines the coverage of radio networks and QoS of diverse traffic flows. Currently, there are different radio network deployment scenarios, such as hot-spot coverage, indoor coverage and so on, in which diverse antenna system design methodologies and techniques are adopted. To fully realize the potential of antenna technologies and to solve the problems of antenna application, there is a need to draw the attention of the research community for developing advanced and innovative methodologies, techniques of antenna related fields. The purpose of this international workshop is to bring together researchers and engineers from both academia and industry to have a forum for discussion and technical presentations on the recent advances in both the methodological aspects and the novel applications of antenna.

[Topics]

In line with above objectives, original contributions are solicited in topics of interest including, but not limited to, the following: -Advanced antenna design and manufacturing techniques -Evaluation methodology of antenna quality -Key quality indicator for antenna performance -User:Curator 13nna performance influence for mobile communication networks -User:Curator 13nna Quality Control Mechanisms -Smart antenna for WCDMA -MIMO -Radio Channel Modeling -Remote electric tilt control antenna -Active antenna system -Small-scaled antenna -Multi-system antenna -Indoor distributed antenna system for LTE -User:Curator 13nna test fields and equipments requirement and standardization -Other Radio Frequency related topics
