The International Symposium on Intelligent Signal Processing and Communication Systems (ISPACS) is one of the most well known international symposiums in signal processing, and communication system. The main objective of the symposium is to gather researchers, professors, students, and interested persons in signal processing, communication system, and their related fields in order to share and update advanced techniques, know-how, as well as technologies in the fields. The ISPACS has been technically supported by IEEE, and annually organized in many countries such as China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, U.S.A., and so on. The 2008 ISPACS will be held in Bangkok, Thailand on December 8-11, 2008.

The 2008 International Symposium on Intelligent Signal Processing and Communication Systems will be held in Bangkok, Thailand. The ISPACS presents every possibility on new information technologies. The ISPACS 2008 will include many regular sessions on the topics listed below and some special sessions on emerging intelligent signal processing and communication system topics. The symposium will be organized into parallel sessions. Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers reporting original work as well as tutorial overviews in all areas of signal processing and communication systems.
