ISCE 2009 is asking for submissions of technical papers for oral and poster presentations. Student and tutorial papers are particularly encouraged. Papers reporting new developments in all areas of consumer electronics are invited, including but not limited to those listed below.

All papers will be published at IEEE Explore. Besides, full length versions of the best papers from the ISCE Conference, not published elsewhere, can be submitted for publication consideration in the IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics.
