Since the inaugural ICITA successfully held in Australia five years ago, it has been running four times the event in difference countries. Conference like ICITA has transcended the boundaries of various scientific, social, economical and technological fields and provided us with a blue print for bring the information technology academic in all areas from all over the world together. In today's world the level of Information Technology development has become a key indicator for a country's overall development..

The purpose of ICITA 2008 is to provide a platform for academics and professionals in all Information Technology areas to meet, exchange ideas, and establish professional networks. It is a forum to focus on specific disciplinary research, as well as on multi-disciplinary studies.
